To be reimbursed for your Internet access expenses (up to the cost of the lowest level of broadband service available in your area) please download and print the ISP Reimbursement Form below. Then submit the completed form by mail or in person, along with your original receipts for Internet service to:

There are two reimbursement periods per school year:
1) Please submit your completed ISP Reimbursement form and your bills from September - December by January 31st. You should expect your reimbursement check by the end of February.
2) Please submit your bills from January - May by May 27th.
Please note: You must send in your original billing statements. Please keep a copy of the original statement for your records.
