Why do you think a cyber school option was best for you?
“Cyber school allows me to work ahead and at my own pace. It allows me to get used to doing online schooling because the majority of my college is online. Lastly cyber school allows me to take my school work with me anywhere without missing a day of school.”
How was your learning guide beneficial to your success at CPDLF?
“My learning guide, Ms. Dikum, helped pave a path in the right direction for me. She would help me with anything when I reached out. She always encouraged me and told me I was doing a great job and to keep up the great work. She would check in with me to make sure I was doing okay and to see if there was anything I needed help with.”
If you could talk about a misconception about cyber school what would it be?
“A misconception about cyber school is that it is for students to take the easy way out. In public school you go to a building and stay there until the school day is over. In cyber school you have to be able to tell yourself that you are going to do so many assignments one day and use your time wisely.”
Is there anything else you would like to share about your experience at CPDLF?
“When looking at cyber schools I did not have to think twice about wanting to go to CPDLF. I heard nothing but amazing things about the school and staff. I have been a lot happier since going cyber and I enjoy school a lot more. Cyber school was the best choice I made in my schooling and I am happy that I did it.”
