Congratulations to Leah Tippett who received the Penn State Sparks Award at Penn State Altoona on April 24th. Leah Tippet is a CPDLF 2020 graduate and Penn State Altoona second year student. She has received the Presidential Spark Award for the 2021 and 2022 school years at Penn State. (COVID restrictions canceled last year’s ceremony.) Congratulations, Leah, we are so proud of you!

This award is presented annually to undergraduate degree candidates who have earned a 4.00 (A) cumulative grade point average based on at least 36 graded Penn State credits completed by the end of the fall semester that the award is given.
